Our 800 lines are not answered by any machines, no operators will listen in on your calls to "monitor quality," you will not be placed on hold to hear any recordings informing you that "the next available salesperson will be with you shortly." Our phone will be answered by a human, either Jackie, Patty or Diane, or maybe me (John) when everyone else is busy.  We are a small, family owned and operated company and we specialize in personal service, whether you are next door or across the country, a large company or a private homeowner.
